What does the transfer service mean ?
A transfer is a service that means delivering a passenger from point A to point B without stopping.
For example:
1) take to the airport or pick up from the airport;
2) pick you up from home and drive to the store;
3) deliver to a business meeting;
Do you have English speaking drivers ?
50% of drivers in our company are English-speaking. When booking a car with a driver, it is preferable to request a driver with knowledge of the English language.
What does +1 hour per arriving mean ?
Normally “1 hour for car delivery” for each order is imposed on the car delivery, (a service hour). It takes 30 minutes to drive to the order destination and 30 minutes after ordering – back to our car park.
Will an ordered car arrive on time ?
The car you ordered will arrive in advance, about 20-30 minutes before the time of your order to be sure to get on time for your service.
Do you work exclusively in Kiev ?
We work throughout Ukraine. But, as far as our auto park is located in Kiev, you will have to pay for the car delivery to your location.
Do you have the option to provide 5+ Mercedes cars for the motorcade ?
We have more than 40 premium Mercedes Benz cars in our auto park. We cooperate on an ongoing basis with the largest corporations, embassies, security services.
What kind of payment do you accept ?
We accept all types of cash and non-cash payments.
Payment for services is available by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
What if I rented a Mercedes-Benz for 5 hours, can I extend the rental time ?
You can extend the time of renting a car with a driver in 90% of cases. With the rare exception when this particular car has been booked by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy. But we can provide you a similar car for replacement.
Do you have an armored Mercedes-Benz ?
We have 4 armored executive class vehicles in our auto park with the maximum protection level B6-B7 / VR8-VR10. More detailed information can be obtained upon request from our manager.
My plane is delayed, will a driver wait for me ?
We ask our clients to provide the flight number so that the driver can track the exact arriving time of your plane online.
What is the minimum age to rent a car in your company ? Do you have car insurance ?
All our cars are comprehensively insured (CASCO), so the minimum age of the driver is 23 years old with a driving experience of at least 3 years (this item is spelled out in the insurance contract)
